Find Out What's Really Slowing Your Business Down
We've built an AI Business Analyst that interviews business owners to identify where time is being lost, where processes rely too heavily on people, and where operational inefficiencies may be reducing profitability.
We're looking for a small number of businesses to participate
As part of our Brisbane pilot program, the assessment is currently offered free of charge.
The assessment helps uncover the activities that consume the most time, create the most friction, and may be limiting the business's ability to scale effectively.

What we're seeing across businesses
-
Email has become a major productivity drain
Many businesses report spending large portions of the workweek reading, sorting and responding to email instead of focusing on growth activities.
-
Critical processes often depend on one or two key people
Business knowledge, approvals, customer relationships and reporting frequently live with a small number of staff, creating operational risk and limiting scalability.
-
Reporting and administration consume valuable leadership time
Business owners and managers often spend hours each week compiling reports, chasing information and handling repetitive administrative work.
-
Manual processes create hidden growth barriers
Many growing businesses rely on spreadsheets, email chains and manual handoffs that become increasingly difficult to manage as volume grows.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Currently nothing.
As part of our Brisbane pilot program, we're inviting a limited number of businesses to complete the assessment free of charge.
The goal of the pilot is to better understand the operational challenges business owners are facing and to refine our assessment process using real-world feedback.
How long does it take?
Most assessments take between 15 and 30 minutes.
The assessment is conducted over the phone with Maddy, our AI Business Analyst.
You'll simply be asked how work gets done in your business, where time is being spent, and which activities create the most friction.
You can complete the assessment whenever it suits you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
Not at all.
This isn't a technology assessment.
Maddy focuses on understanding your business, your people, and your day-to-day operations.
You don't need to know anything about AI, automation, software, or technology.
If you can explain how your business runs, you have everything you need.
What happens after the assessment?
Your assessment is reviewed and transformed into a personalised business report.
The report highlights:
- Areas consuming the most time
- Operational bottlenecks
- Key-person dependencies
- Repetitive administrative work
- Potential areas for improvement
Once the report is ready, Maddy will contact you to arrange a review session where the findings can be discussed in more detail.
What kind of problems does the assessment identify?
Common themes include:
- Too much time spent in email
- Customer enquiries taking longer than expected
- Reporting and administration consuming management time
- Manual processes that don't scale
- Knowledge trapped in one or two key employees
- Growing workloads leading to additional hiring
Many business owners know something feels inefficient.
The assessment helps identify where that inefficiency actually exists.
How is this different from a traditional business consultant?
Traditional consultants typically start with meetings, workshops and discovery sessions.
Our process starts with a structured assessment handled by Maddy, allowing business owners to complete the initial discovery in their own time.
The result is a faster and more consistent understanding of how work flows through the business.
Will someone try to sell me something?
No.
The assessment itself is purely focused on understanding how your business operates.
You'll receive your report and be offered a review session to discuss the findings.
If you decide you'd like assistance addressing any of the issues identified, those options can be discussed during the review session.
There is no obligation to proceed beyond the assessment.
What kinds of businesses benefit most from the assessment?
The assessment is particularly valuable for businesses that:
- Feel busier than they should be
- Are considering hiring additional administrative staff
- Depend heavily on key employees
- Have grown quickly over the last few years
- Want better visibility into how work is actually getting done
If you've ever found yourself asking:
“Why does everything seem to depend on a handful of people?”
or
“Where is all our time actually going?”
then the assessment is likely to provide useful insights.
Why are you offering this for free?
We're currently building an operational benchmark of common business challenges faced by Brisbane SMEs.
The pilot program helps us validate our assessment process, improve our reporting framework, and better understand where businesses are losing time through manual work and operational inefficiencies.
In return, participating businesses receive a personalised assessment at no cost.
